I have worked as a developer, architect, VP of Engineering, and startup CTO. I have built products, scaled teams, and been responsible for systems that needed to keep working as the business grew.

A capable team can still get stuck. A release slips, a migration drags on, or production problems keep pushing the important work aside. The pressure is real, and adding another plan is only useful if someone can carry it through.

As VP of Engineering at Vungle, I scaled the engineering organization from 10 to 54 and directed infrastructure growth to more than 2 billion daily requests. As GawkBox co-founder and CTO, I built an eight-person engineering team and helped raise $4.4M.

Through Airwave, I have combined architecture, hands-on implementation, and delivery leadership at Marqeta, Calico, Pienso, and Team Rubicon. I bring that experience to the work you need shipped.
